A rigged trial, friends who ran, three hours of darkness, and an innocent man bleeding out. We still call that Friday good, which should stop us long enough to ask how any of it could be.

In this message we step back and take all seven sayings from the cross together, from Luke 23 and the other Gospels. Jesus brought good to the worst day in history, and what he said while fixed in place turns out to be a pattern anyone can follow.

This message invites you to front-load forgiveness instead of rehearsing the harm, to help the person beside you take a step even when you cannot move, to say out loud that you need help, and to hand the outcome to God at the end of the day. The sayings carry that weight because the tomb did not stay full. Your bad day is not your last word.
