A strip of masking tape left over the sensors of a jet fed the pilots false readings, the tower echoed the same false numbers back, and a wingtip found the ocean in the dark. Small hidden things do not stay small or hidden.

In this ninth message, we turn to Ephesians 4:25, where the command to speak truth carries its own reason, “for we are members one of another.”

Truth without love is brutality, and love without truth is a counterfeit. Ask what you are minimizing, hiding, or dressing up online. Try one week with no small lies and no convenient omissions, and be the same person in the foyer that you are at home. You are already fully known and fully loved.
